Please remember, cookies do not contain confidential information such as your home address, telephone number or credit card details. We do not exchange cookies with any third party websites or external data suppliers.

In the event that you make an Access Request, we reserve the right to charge a fee of AED1000.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers' are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted
8. REFUND POLICY
The ordered food will be delivered by the GoFoodie – Powered by Maxxcom Group, and all the payment you made credit card will be refundable according to confirmation from the restaurant and GoFoodie – Powered by Maxxcom Group customer care. If you have paid by credit card online, GoFoodie – Powered by Maxxcom Group.co will refund the money if food is not available or delivery is not available on particular time within 7 working days. All other complaints after receiving the food, regarding the food delivery timings and any other complaints GoFoodie – Powered by Maxxcom Group.co will not be responsible and refund will be done upon the confirmation from the appropriate restaurant. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
9. DELIVERY POLICY
GoFoodie – Powered by Maxxcom Group.co will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE
